As Valentine's day approaches I have given thought as to how to honor not the Hallmark holiday but rather the person I most adore. It came to me easily. Then I searched the web but did not find the ideas which came from my heart. What a day it's going to be. Alone, with a pet, or with a loved one I plan to have a wonderful day. You should too.
I can not share my plan and perhaps never will. It's just my own special gig; some things are sacred. But I can share my sentiments, the very same reason why I enjoy wearing it's symbol on my right index finger.
All any of us have is time which is always of the essence; a most special commodity along with love.
"Time is not kind", I say while others declare but "love conquers all."I suppose both are true and can dwell simultaneously but still "all good things come to an end". So despite the inevitable pain, I would still rather "to have loved and lost than not loved at all". G-d only knows I've been tested and endured. "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger", so I live, love and find good reason to laugh if not at myself then at all the craziness.
ADORE by Sheryl Rosen.
The special qualities in a person are as distincitve as a gemstone but radiate far
greater. Essence magnified under a lens finds the inate qualities; carat, cut, clarity and color of the precious matter as with a soul; though the qualities better defined as character, charisma, competancy and conscience which sparkle from clarity of the heart and mind. The inner shines with outward luster.
Near perfection is not an easy formation to find from it's once hardened origins while retaining it's strength as life chisels away at it. However, when found it's far more special than all others and needs to be forever held dear. "O dear" when rearranged is "adore"; a range to consider and cherish.
